Supporting Honors Courses Course Development & Enhancement Grants

The Schreyer Honors College offers Course Development/Enhancement Grants to support the design, development and improvement of honors courses for our Schreyer Scholars. Faculty members seeking to develop new honors courses or enhance existing honors courses are encouraged to submit a proposal.

These grants may be used to develop or enhance a course, secure course materials, support the involvement of special guest speakers, to fund related travel or research costs, to assist students, or some combination thereof. The grant must contribute directly to the development and implementation of an approved honors course to be offered in the upcoming year.

Schreyer Scholar Matt Tracey

My family has always loved Penn State and to be able to take this love along with the fact that Penn State is a top research university is amazing. This combined with fact that Schreyer has a culture of independent thinking and an emphasis on a global perspective allows me to see my education as being much bigger than me.
